1. Who we are

Nkosiigt Civils Pty Ltd ("Nkosiigt Civils", "we", "us") is a civil construction company operating in South Africa. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit nkosiigtcivil.co.za, use our quote forms, or click on our Google Ads. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

2. Information we collect

Information you give us through our quote forms, WhatsApp, phone or email:

• Name, company name (optional), phone / WhatsApp number
• Service required, project location or suburb, and project details
• GPS location, only if you choose to share it
• Photos of your site, only if you choose to upload them

Information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including Google tags: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, the ad or campaign you clicked (such as UTM values and Google click ID), and actions taken on the site such as submitting a form or tapping call or WhatsApp.

3. How we use your information

• To prepare and send you a quote, and to contact you about your enquiry
• To arrange, deliver and invoice work you request
• To measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising
• To keep our website secure and prevent spam or abuse
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Google Ads, Google tag and cookies

We use the Google tag (gtag.js) and Google Ads conversion tracking, provided by Google LLC. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers to recognise that a visit came from a Google ad, to count conversions (for example a submitted quote form or a click-to-call), and to help show relevant ads. Google may process this data on our behalf and under its own privacy policy.

You can manage how Google uses data from ads and sites like ours:

• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.

Where we use advertising or remarketing features, we do not use sensitive categories of information to target you.

5. Who we share information with

• Our team and trusted service providers who help us run the website, email, hosting and advertising
• Google, for analytics and advertising measurement as described above
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to continue your enquiry there
• Authorities or professional advisers, where the law requires it

Some of these providers are based outside South Africa. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected as required by POPIA.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, deliver work, and meet legal, tax and record-keeping duties. After that we delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online transmission is completely secure, so please share only what is needed for your quote.

8. Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to object to certain processing, including direct marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Email info@nkosiigtcivil.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date shown at the top.
